Giving Back to Our Veterans
The Veteran’s Housing Organization is focused on giving back to those that serve. Our goal is to raise enough funds for housing for Veterans with urgent needs. We focus on raising funds for home purchase transaction fees to be reimbursed to Veterans through the Veteran’s Reimbursement Program. We focus on helping all people qualify for home ownership through our Rent-to-Own Program
Veteran Reimbursement Program
Funded by Realtors and General Public Donors
Urgent Need Housing
Goal is to purchase housing close to the VA hospitals to support Veteran needs.
Rent-to-Own Program
Owners looking to rent their property allow the Veteran’s Housing Organization take application for renters. Renters will screened for rental qualification and will be connected with a mortgage counselor. They will be pre qualified to buy, or given a plan to be able to buy.
Veteran’s Direct Reimbursement Program
